About the Journal
The International Journal of Law, Social Science, and Humanities (IJLSH) is a periodically published scientific research and scholarly work authored by legal experts, academics, practitioners, and researchers in the fields of law, social sciences, and humanities. The International Journal of Law, Social and Humanities is a multidisciplinary publication that emphasizes scholarly research. It is published three times each year, in March, July, and November, by the Central Institute for Social and Humanities Studies [LPS2H]. This publication features scholarly articles and research findings contributed by prominent experts, academics, scientists, and practitioners in a range of disciplines within law, social sciences, and humanities. It serves as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and the dissemination of knowledge.
Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.
Focus and Scope
This journal will publish scientific articles in the fields of law, social and humanities that are sourced from thoughts and research. The scope of this journal relates to research results in the fields of Law, Politics, Education, Communication, Islamic Law, Government Science, Human Rights, Anthropology, Crosscultural studies, Economics, Geography, History, International and Globalization, Philosophy, Political science, Psychology, Sociology, Linguistics, Religious studies, Gender studies, Suistainable Development Social Science and Humanities fields.
Peer Review Process
International Journal of Law, Social Science, and Humanities (IJLSH) will publish the only paper strictly following guidelines and manuscript preparation. All submitted manuscripts are going through a double-blind peer review process. Those papers are read by editorial members (upon field of specialisation) and will be screened by Managing Editor to meet necessary criteria of publication in two weeks. Every submitted manuscript which passes this step will be checked by Turnitin to identify any plagiarism. Manuscripts will be sent to two reviewers, based on their historical experience in reviewing manuscript or based on their field of specialisation. The time period for review is three weeks. After receiving the payment, the articles are then published within two months from the payment date.
International Journal of Law, Social Science, and Humanities (IJLSH) has reviewing forms in order to keep same items reviewed by two reviewers. Then editorial board will make a decision upon the reviewers comments or advice. Reviewers will give their assessment on originality, clarity of presentation, contribution to the field/science.
International Journal of Law, Social Science, and Humanities (IJLSH) has four kind of decisions:
- Accepted, as it is
- Accepted by Minor Revisions(let authors revised with stipulated time)
- Accepted by Major Revisions(let authors revised with stipulated time)
- Rejected (generally, on grounds of outside of scope and aim, major technical description problems, lack of clarity of presentation).

Open Access Policy
This journal is an open-access journal that provides immediate, worldwide, barrier-free access to the full text of all published articles without charging readers or their institutions for access. Readers have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of all articles in the International Journal of Law, Social Science, and Humanities (IJLSH). This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global knowledge exchange. Archiving Policy
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. All content in the the Global LOCKSS Network is preserved with explicit publisher permission, secured via written contract or through online permission statements. We work closely with LOCKSS network implementers to facilitate development of governance and legal terms that are appropriate to the implicated content, jurisdictions, rights, and access affordances. Author Fees
This journal charges the following author fees.
Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR) Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.
Fast-Track Review: 1.500.000.00 (IDR) With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript is guaranteed to take place within 4 weeks.
Article Publication: 1.000,000.00 (IDR) If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs. If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
Screening for Plagiarism
The submitted manuscript would be check by Editorial Team for plagiarism using Turnitin. Before sending the manuscript to reviewers, the member of the Editorial Team will first check the similarity/plagiarism by using the Turnitin tool. The manuscripts which have a similarity score of more than 20% without any excluding, tending not free from plagiarism or self-plagiarism, will immediately be rejected by Editorial Team.
